  • Device & Log Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and access timestamps.

  • Messaging Platforms: WhatsApp (Meta), LINE, and other platforms through which your AI assistant communicates, as required to deliver messages.
  • Infrastructure Providers: Cloud hosting, database, and payment processing services necessary to operate the Service.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and safety.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Message data processed through your AI assistant is retained for the duration of your subscription to maintain conversation context and improve response quality. Upon account termination, we will delete your business data and message history within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, regular security audits, and secure infrastructure. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
